The dockyards of Mumbai are full of beautiful structures crying out to be used. Unfortunately, when this area is redeveloped, these century-old brick and stone buildings will probably be torn down to make way for ghastly tall heaps of apartments. If instead one could turn these into a linked set of galleries for photo exhibitions!

A stroll down the dingy backyard of Mumbai is just right for Photrablogger’s Mundane Monday challenge, and the brick wall fits right into Narami’s Tuesdays of Texture. Cee Neuner wants houses and barns; I guess this fits.

  1. A fast scroll away from the picture made me re-look at the picture. Now I saw two eyelashes in the arches, The label as bindi and the bigger arch as hair or a drape over the head.. 😉 Now I can’t look at it without recognising a face in there.. 🙂

    Beautiful click.. 🙂 Loved it..
