We went a long way to see the glow of the setting sun on the high peaks of the Kedarnath range. We were at an altitude of 2.6 kilometers above sea level, but the peaks were another 4 to 5 kilometers above us. I was hoping for a clear sky behind the peaks, but you don’t always get what you want.

A great view of the towering peaks – and I like the moody sky

Thanks. The sky does have something going for it; just wasn’t what I was hoping for.

‘Looking up’ at that view. Well done. Thanks for joining in on the Friendly Friday photo challenge. Could you try enhancing the photo with an editing app, if it is not what you were “hoping for?”

Thanks. No, I don’t want to delete the clouds, if that is what you mean.
